Below are the pre-season workout schedules for JICHS Softball. Please make sure you have an up-to-date and valid physical on file with the school before attending. Any student in grades 7-12 can attend. Please contact Coach Hill with any questions at Courtney_hill@charleston.k12.sc.us.

 

October – Weights/Conditioning – 3:45-4:45 pm

14, 16, 17, 21, 23, 24, 28, 30, 31

November – Weights/Conditioning – 3:45 – 4:45 pm

4, 6, 7, 11, 13, 14, 18, 20, 21

December – 3:34 – 5:30 pm

9 -12 – Onfield

16-19 – Onfield
